We are primarily a Women’s Artistic club, we train young gymnasts from beginners where they work through the British gymnastics Rise Explore and Excel Badges, to Elite level gymnastics where they compete regionally and nationally.
All gymnasts work on 4 pieces, Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor.
